We ship all orders with an experienced door-to-door courier to ensure your package is delivered safely and signed for on delivery. This assists us with careful handling and also fraud prevention. Please note, delivery can only be made to physical street addresses, this means no PO boxes.

Unfortunately no, as all orders must be delivered by the registered courier to prove safe ‘Proof of Delivery’. PayPal payments must be delivered at the provided address.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our packages and the weight of Kimber Doll, postal services cannot handle our freight. All deliveries are made with registered couriers which offer a tracked service for all of our customers.

While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, we can advise that transit time for orders on average. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery and if possible, contact the courier to request a specific delivery day/date.
Ideally, yes. You shoudl plan to be home for your delivery having followed the progress of your tracking number, or the ETA expected for your order.
In some cases, the courier may leave your delivery in a safe place if appropriate.
When this isn't an option, if the courier attempts delivery and you're not at home or able to sign for the delivery, the driver may leave a card in your mailbox with instructions to organise for 1 x free redelivery on a date that suits you best.
